All of our products are sent via Royal Mail. Our current turnaround time is 14-21 working days and we send our products as soon as they have been created so that you can enjoy them as soon as possible!

However, if an item does arrive faulty, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. As our items are personalised, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange for any other reason, including if the product does not fit.
